 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lock ring (44h) from an external support.
2. Remove the block of disks (44g) and a disk spring (44f) from an external support.
3. Establish a stripper (072) on a spring plate (44d) and press it until the lock ring (44e) is not released.
4. Remove a lock ring (44e).
5. Remove a spring plate (44d) and the piston (44c) from an external support.

Assembly

Check of a gap between a lock ring (44g) and an external disk (41a)

37 — Frictional disks thickness 1.6 mm thick/new is 2.1 mm
41a — the External disk 4.0 mm thick
41b — the External disk thickness 3.5 mm thick/new is 2.8 mm
41c — the External disk 1.8 mm thick

44a — the External support of coupling K3
44g — the Lock ring
44h — the Disk spring
L — the Gap


Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. Check a gap between a lock ring (44g) and an external disk (41a). The size of gaps in coupling of K3 is specified below in the table. In case of need adjust a gap by selection of a lock ring (44g) of the required thickness. Rings 2.0, 2.3, 2.6, 2.9, 3.2 and 3.5 mm thick are issued.
