Dismantling and assembly of a multidisk brake of B2

Dismantling

Dismantling and assembly of a multidisk brake of B2

14a — the External support of a brake B2 or the B3 piston
14b-d — Sealing rings of a brake of B3
27 — B2 brake Piston
28 — the Directing piston ring
28a-b — Sealing rings on the directing piston ring
29, 134b — Disk springs

30 — the Spring plate
31, 134a — Lock rings
32 — the Guide of the piston of a brake of B2 and B3
32a — the Sealing ring
134 — the Block of disks

Dismantling and assembly of a multidisk brake of B2

31 — the Lock ring
074 — the Stripper

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lock ring (134a).
2. Remove the block of disks of a brake B2 (134) and a disk spring (134b) from an external support of a brake B2.
3. Establish a stripper (074) on a disk spring (29) and squeeze it until the groove for a lock ring is not released.
4. Remove a lock ring (31).
5. Remove a spring plate (30) and a disk spring (29).

27 — the Piston
28 — the Directing piston ring
137 — the Valve

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the directing ring (28) of the piston and the piston of a brake B2 (27) from the B3 piston (14a), having given compressed air to an opening (D).
2. Vypressuyte the directing ring (28) from the B2 (27) piston.

A — the Oil channel of the B3 piston
In — the Oil channel of the B2 piston from a reverse side
With — the Oil channel of coupling K3
D — the Oil channel of the B2 piston from gear shifting

Remove a guide (32) from the B3 piston (14a), having given compressed air to an opening (A).

Assembly

Assembly of a guide of the piston and external support of a multidisk brake B2

2 — the transmission Case
14a — the External support of a brake B2, (B3 piston)
32 — a piston Guide

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a guide (32) and the B3 piston (14a) in the correct situation. For this purpose, insert a guide (32) into the case of transmission (2) and tighten. Press an external support of a brake B2 (14a) against the stop in a guide (32). Bore on vents or a cut on an external support of a brake B2 (14a) have to be directed (arrow) down.
2. Insert the piston of a brake B2 (27) into B3 brake piston (14a). The rounded-off ends of sealing rings (14c), (28a) and (28b) have to be directed outside the Rounded-off end of a sealing ring (14d) has to be directed in inside.
3. Insert the directing ring (28) of the piston. The valve (137) in the directing ring of the piston has to be from above.
4. Insert a disk spring (29) and a spring plate (30).
5. Establish a stripper (074) on a disk spring (29) and squeeze it until the groove for a lock ring is not released.
6. Insert a lock ring (31).
7. Insert a disk spring (134b) and the block of disks (134) on an external support of a brake B2.

B1 brake section

14a — the External support of a brake B2
27 — the B2 Piston
134a — the External disk (thickness of 6.5 mm)
134b — the External disk (thickness of 1.8 mm)
134c — the External disk (thickness of 1.8 mm)

134d — Frictional disks
134e — the Disk spring
144a — the Lock ring
L — the Gap

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish disks of a brake B3 V3vmeste in the order presented on an accompanying illustration and insert them in turn.
2. Install a press (078) on an external drive (70c).
3. Squeeze the block of disks by means of a press against the stop until the otmetochny ring is visible (a small arrow).
4. Measure a gap of "L" in three points between a lock ring (144a) and an external disk (134a). The size of gaps in a multidisk brake (82) are given below in the table.
5. In case of need adjust a gap by a selection of a lock ring (144a) of the required thickness. Rings 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.1 mm thick are issued.
6. Establish a lock ring (134a).
