Check of a gap of the leading and intermediate shaft

1a — the Ball bearing of the leading shaft

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Measure a gap between the ball bearing of the leading shaft and a forward cover of the transmission. The nominal size of gaps makes 0.1 mm.
2. Measure distance of "a" between an external ring of the bearing and the contact surface of the case of the transmission by means of a caliper.
3. Measure distance of "b" between a sealing surface of a cover of the transmission and a groove of the bearing by means of a caliper.
4. Calculation of thickness of laying is made as follows: Distance of "b" (6.1 mm) - Distance of "a" (5.2 mm) = the Difference (0.9 mm) - the Gap (0.1 mm) = the laying Thickness (0.8 mm). Laying 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 mm thick is issued.
5. Insert laying into a forward cover of the transmission and fix them by means of lubricant.
6. Check a gap between the ball bearing of an intermediate shaft and a forward cover of the transmission.
7. Install an intermediate shaft with the ball bearing in the transmission case by means of the plastic hammer.
8. Measure distance "with" between an external ring of the bearing and the contact surface of the case of the transmission by means of a caliper.
9. Measure distance of "d" between a sealing surface of a forward cover of the transmission and a groove by means of a caliper.
10. Determine thickness of laying: Distance of "d" (5.8 mm) - Distance "with" (5.1 mm) = the Difference (0.7 mm) - the Gap (0.1 mm) = the laying Thickness (0.6 mm). Laying 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 mm thick is issued.
11. Insert laying into a forward cover of the transmission of m fix them by means of lubricant.

Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
