Verification of dimensional characteristics of the transmission

Distances between the case of the transmission and the leading shaft, between the conducted shaft and an intermediate plate with the ball bearing are checked, and regulated by installation of laying.

Measurement of the sizes of the transmission

The checked sizes:

Distance of "A" between the interfaced surface of the case of the transmission and the leading shaft, the end of the coupling of inclusion of the 5th transfer (the nominal rate makes 141.8 mm.

Distance "In" - between the face surface of the synchronizer of the 4/5th of transfers and the interfaced surface of an intermediate case (the nominal rate makes 140.4 mm).

Distance "With"
- between the interfaced surface of an intermediate case and an internal holder of the bearing.

The distance of "A"
is regulated by laying (43a) of the leading shaft.



 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Press the leading shaft (2) together with the ball bearing (43) in the case of the transmission and establish a lobby to a faucet with laying.
2. By means of a caliper measure distance from the interfaced surface of the case of the transmission to the face surface of the coupling. The nominal rate makes 141.8 mm. Determination of thickness of laying: Nominal rate (141.8 mm) - the Measured distance (141.4 mm) = = the laying Thickness (0.4 mm). Laying 0.2, 0.3 and 0.9 mm thick is issued.
3. Carefully install the leading shaft with the ball bearing in the transmission case.
4. Press laying (shooter) on the ball bearing and press the leading shaft in the transmission case by means of a drift. Check nominal distance.
5. Distance "In" laying (36) in a forward frictional ring (35) of a kosozuby gear wheel of the 2nd transfer (33).
6. Press the ball bearing (70) in an intermediate case and tighten bolts (69) of a lock ring (73) to 30 Nanometers.
7. By means of a press put an intermediate case on the conducted shaft.
8. By means of a caliper measure distance from the synchronizer of the 4/5th of transfers to the interfaced surface of an intermediate case. The nominal rate makes 140.4 mm. Determination of thickness of laying: Nominal rate (140.4 mm) - the Measured distance (140.1 mm) = the laying Thickness (0.3 mm). Laying 0.2, 0.3, 0.5 and 1.4 mm thick is issued.
9. Remove an intermediate plate from the conducted shaft and adjust a gap laying.
10. The distance "With" is regulated by laying (66) on the ball bearing in an intermediate plate.
11. Fix the conducted shaft with an intermediate plate in a vice and, using a caliper, measure distance from a back surface of an intermediate case to an internal holder of the bearing. Determination of thickness of laying: The measured distance (25.9 mm) - Nominal rate (24.3 mm) = the laying Thickness (1.6 mm). laying 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 1.4 mm thick.
12. Adjust distance laying, having established them between the ball bearing and a frictional ring.
13. Remove an intermediate case and a vypressuyta the ball bearing of the conducted shaft.
